Andrew Jones

Andrew is a Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years post qualification experience and has worked extensively with a wide range of public bodies, government agencies and local authorities.  A former Partner with Donaldsons, Andrew is currently involved in delivering significant changes in the financial management of client assets and in delivering efficiencies to corporate use of assets, in response to the current financial climate.

Andrew has specialist expertise in the financial management of consortium based regeneration projects and in all aspects of property development including analysis of s.106 payment potential, and development appraisal.

Mike Jennings

Mike is a Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years experience of property asset management for a range of public and private sector organisations in the UK including five years at Slough Borough Council as Head of Valuation Services / Assistant Director, Property Services.

Mike has been responsible for negotiating a number of significant land disposals in the public sector and has a detailed understanding on the workings of local government. At Slough, he was the Council’s lead on a shared service initiative with two other local authorities.

Prior to joining BPS, Mike was Interim Head of Asset Strategy for the London Borough of Tower Hamlets where he was responsible for developing a Pilot Asset Management Strategy. In 2007, he was awarded the ACES National Award for Excellence in Property Management.
